We are excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Carolyn Lacey to our team at Neurexpert as Scientific Outreach Manager. Carolyn started her neuroscience career as a Master's student in neuroscience at UCL. From there Carolyn gained her doctorate as an MRC-funded student at Oxford University and continued her career in the United States working with high-profile, award-winning neuroscientists at notable academic institutions including Stanford University, MIT, The Salk Institute and UCSD. Carolyn will be using her extensive technical expertise (ranging from anatomy and neuropharmacology to electrophysiology and optogenetics) and wealth of experience in neuroscience research from both sides of the Atlantic to bring followers of Neurexpert the latest neuroscience discoveries from around the World.
